Privacy Policy

Your Apparel Rivals (yourapparelrivals.com) is operated by Limitless Digital. This policy explains what we collect from you when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@yourapparelrivals.com.

• Account data: your email and password (password is handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store it in plain text).
• The store URLs you enter: your own store and any competitor Shopify URLs you choose to track.
• Competitor store data we fetch automatically: product names, prices, stock status, and bestseller rankings — all pulled from each store's own public product feed, the same data anyone gets by visiting that store. We never log in to, scrape gated pages from, or access anything a competitor hasn't already published.
• Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes and stores your payment details directly — we only ever see your subscription status and plan, never your card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, general browser/device info) via Google Analytics.
• Preferences: your weekly-digest and per-competitor email settings.

To run the service you signed up for: checking your tracked competitors on a schedule, showing you what changed, sending the emails you've opted into, and billing your subscription if you have one. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your tracked competitor list for anything other than showing it back to you.

We use a small number of providers to run the service, each only for what they're named for:

• Supabase — database and account authentication
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Resend — sending price-drop alerts and the weekly digest email
• Vercel — application hosting
• Google Analytics — site usage analytics

Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA under their own standard data-transfer safeguards. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone else.

We use a cookie to keep you logged in (essential — the site doesn't work without it) and Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage (non-essential). Your browser's local storage may also hold small UI preferences.

We keep your account and tracked-store data for as long as your account is active. Price history accumulates for as long as you keep tracking a competitor — remove a competitor and its history is no longer shown to you. Deleting your account removes everything immediately and permanently (see below).

• Remove any tracked competitor at any time from the dashboard.
• Turn off the weekly digest, or the price-drop email for any individual competitor, from your account settings.
• Request a copy of your data or ask a question by emailing hello@yourapparelrivals.com.
• Delete your account entirely — self-serve, from the Account page — which immediately cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your account, tracked stores, and price history.

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
