Terms of Service

Your Apparel Rivals (yourapparelrivals.com) is operated by Limitless Digital. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

We automatically check competitor Shopify stores you choose to add, using each store's own public product feed, and surface price changes, promotions, bestseller shifts, and restocks. The recommendations we show are informational — phrased as things to "consider," not instructions — and are not professional business, pricing, or legal advice. You're responsible for the pricing and business decisions you make.

You need an account to use the service. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country to sign up.

The service only reads data competitor stores already publish publicly — the same data anyone gets by visiting their site. You agree not to:

• Use the service to attack, overload, or disrupt any store or third-party system.
• Attempt to bypass the free-tier or subscription limits, or resell access to the service.
• Use tracked data for harassment or unlawful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service itself.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, view invoices, update your payment method, or cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal, linked from your Account page. Cancelling stops future billing; we don't offer partial-month refunds for time already used, unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

The free plan (1 tracked competitor) has no time limit and needs no payment method.

We check tracked stores automatically on a schedule, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — a competitor's site being temporarily unreachable, changing its product feed format, or blocking automated requests can affect what we're able to detect for that store.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page — this cancels any active subscription immediately and permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use section above.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for business decisions made based on the data or suggestions shown, or for losses arising from service interruptions or inaccuracies in data pulled from third-party stores we don't control.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
